Field Representative Supervisor

Requirements:
Hold Bachelor degree from reputable university, major in Engineering.
Has experience more than 2 years in similar field, preferably from automotive company
Male, 25-35 years old.
Fluent in English both oral and written.
Has interest in automotive
Has good analytical thinking, numerical ability, and logic of verbal
Has good interpersonal relationship, communication skill, & able to work as team.
Fast learner, hard working, can work under pressure, available to work overtime, and discipline.
Willing to travel.
Has driving license.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for preparing Action Plan and Budget for the section
Controlling and monitoring Field Representative activity progress
Introducing and supporting implementation of W/S standardization in Dealers with DOS
Analyzing Dealer’s Monthly Report
Providing feed back from Dealer’s Monthly Report
Reporting W/S performance monthly report to NML
Responsible for Service Marketing and Promotion
Responsible for developing W/S Standardization
Collecting and analyzing service information from comptetitors
Visiting Dealers to accommodate dealer’s problems
