Promotion Supervisor Jakarta
The successful profile will be having:
Hold a minimum Bachelor Degree
Having 5 years experience in selling or promotion in telecommunication company or consumer product
Having experience in "below the line" activities like: channel promotion, merchandising, POP Material, consumer promotion dan event promotion
Having knowledge about industry, product, and market characteristic
Having knowledge and high interest with cellular technology and information technology
Strong analytical thinking
Proactive and energetic
Result oriented
Able to work independently as well as a team player
Effective communication skills in English and Bahasa
Literate in computer
Major Duties:
Developing and implementing promotion program (below the line activities) to reach selling target and distribution target
Implementing trade and consumer promotions
Planning, implementing and selecting right and accurate branded material
Implementing and monitoring account plans of merchandising and promotion
Planning the frequency of promotion
Responsible for trade promotion
Responsible for consumer promotion
Executing the local promotion with a good technique and implement the theory of mechanic promotion
