Coca-Cola Bottling Indonesia (CCBI) – National Office is looking for a qualified candidate to fill in the position of Learning & Development Manager – Modern Channel. The role is to develop and manage the Modern Channel Training & Development program, including needs assessment, developing learning and development framework, curriculum and programs, identifying internal trainers or Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and qualified vendors/learning partner to help conduct training programs, monitoring program implementation and follow-up, in order to build the capabilities of Sales & Marketing employees within CCBI to meet the company’s objectives

National Spare-part & Inventory Manager

To be successful in this position, you would be expected to have the following qualifications:
* Holding Bachelor degree (S1) preferably in Psychology/Social Science/Management/Business
* Minimum 5 years experience in related areas.
* Having knowledge in organizational strategy, planning, budgeting, resource management, project management, and change management
* Mastery on training and development; training needs analysis; evaluation/ assessment principles, developing training program includes reinforcement program.
* Knowledge of FMCG industry
* Posses a good communications skill (oral, written, presentation) in English and Bahasa able to deal effectively with different levels of staff

You will be in charge for the following roles:
* Develop Modern Channel training strategy and program that enhance organization capability through training & development programs.
* Design and implementation of Modern Channel training curriculum and programs to address organizational needs and employees growth. This cover the development both functional (cover function Sales & Marketing) and behavioral competencies for employee.
* Establish learning culture and encourage individual growth through Modern Channel Individual Development Plan, knowledge/ practices sharing programs, and trainer pool
* Evaluate training and development program effectiveness in view of business objectives through reviewing training outcomes (the use of acquired knowledge/skill/competency levels at the job, and cost-benefit analysis of outcomes);
* Manage and organize all resources (budget, people, tools/ equipment) to support training & development program to maximize the result
* Keep abreast with Training & Development trends and new approach by researching through internet and building networks with training professionals in the same and different industry. When necessary, initiate to conduct benchmarking study with other companies which have world class/best practices Training & Development
