We are currently taking applicants for the following Jakarta based positions:

Accounting Superintendent

Requirements:
• Education:
a. Bachelor Degree (S1) major in Accounting from a recognized university.

Experience:
Applicant should have:
• Minimum 3 – 5 years experience in the F&A department – Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable section.
• Excellent English – both written and verbal.
• Significant exposure in manage AR & AP section would be an advantage.

Other requirements:
• May require overtime on reporting time
• Team Oriented, Self motivated and ability to prioritize work.
• Able to effectively communicate with all levels of staff in organization.
• A ‘can do’ attitude, with hands on approach.


Responsibilities:
• Role responsibilities include but not limited to:
a. Responsible for supervising team AR & AP section
b. Manage smooth processing on AR and AP administration
c. Review Vendor Credit Term
d. Report difficult customers and blacklisted customers plus difficult vendors
e. Check accuracy of customers' and vendors’ invoices and completeness of
f. requirements
g. Manage accounts receivable turnover relative to achieving budgeted
h. Accounting or collection and vendors.
i. Prepare reports on customers' outstanding accounts and status
j. Assist on assigned tasks as required by shared service – accounting manager.
k. Manage Balance sheet schedules as required by shared service - accounting manager.
l. Monitoring proper filing.
m. Take part in special F&A projects as required from time to time


Remuneration:
An attractive remuneration package will be negotiated with the successful candidates.
