Staffing & Organisation Development Assistant (SODA)

Report to :
-Recruitment & IR Officer
-Organisation & System Development Officer

[Job Description]
1. Assist and support Recruitment & Industrial Relations Officer in recruitment process (administration and selection process) to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of recruitment process.
2. Exercise administrative role in preparing expatriate formalities documents management and visa applications.
3. Manage and update employee’s data record to ensure all data are accurate and has update.
4. Assist Organisation & System Development Officer in filling system of PMS, Organisation Design & Structure, and other HR projects.
5. Handle and manage daily HR administration tasks in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of HR daily transactions.
6. Maintain the highly quality of work to succeed the HR activities.

[Qualification]
1. D3 or S1 degree from reputable university, preferably from Human Resources Major or Psychology.
2. Minimum cumulative GPA 2.75.
3. Minimum 1 years working experience in HR area specially Recruitment.
4. Preferable candidate who familiar with the recruitment practice, expatriate formalities, and organisation design.
5. Familiar with the systematic filling management system.
6. Highly motivated, result-oriented, and hard worker.
7. Willing to be work overtime and tight schedule.
