Job Description
-Implementation the Performance People Management Appraisal & Competency
-Have experience to handle / organized 250 people
-Have a minimum of 3 years experience in sheet metal process (fabrication)
Qualifications :
-Have a minimum diploma or S1 degree in Mechanical Eng or Industrial from a reputable university
-Has a basic understanding of ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14000:9000
-Good command of English language (Spoken & Written)
-Computer literacy : Word, Excel, Microsoft. Project
-Strong communication, personal and inter personal skill
-Self motivated, high initiative and adaptability
-Able to work under pressure
-Having good knowledge regarding cutting / forming process & welding process
-Having good understanding regarding WPS & PQR
-Having good analytical thinking
-Having good knowledge regarding production performance report (key performance indicator)
