The qualifications are :
-Have proven experience in community development, and competency in participatory management
-Bachelor degree of prominent university from Environment Engineering, Economy, Mass Communication, Psychology, Sociology, Cultural Science, or Agriculture.
-Minimum 5 years working experience at the same position or equivalent.
-Good command in English both verbal & written.
-Deep undertanding of Water Management as a global issue
-Demonstrate ability in project development, design, implementation, and evaluation.
-Shows good people skills, strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills, matured for his/her age, understand how to approach and deals with communities, local government, NGO’s, and other stakeholders
-Demonstrate ability to build cohesive teams and achieve goals through teamwork
-A self driven person and result oriented.
Responsible :
This position will report to Plant Manager and CSR Manager in Head Office. The incumbent will be responsible to ensure the sustainability of DANONE AQUA activities in Central Java, particularly in Klaten and develop sustainable links with local stakeholders (community, local government, NGO’s, etc).
