Import Staff
(Cikupa, Tangerang)
Requirements:
* Female, max 30 years old
* Min Diploma in Economy
* Experience as import staff minimum 2 years
o Making Purchase order and follow up to overseas vendor
o Negotiating with overseas supplier
o Handling shipping documents and well understanding on international shipping terms and Practice
o Organize invoice and Payment arrangement
* Preferable Fluency in English both written for correspondence and speaking
* Understand Japanese language or Mandarin would be more advantage
* Good communication skill , good personality and appearance
* Excellent in Computer Skill
Secretary of President Director
(Cikupa, Tangerang)
Requirements:
* Female, max 30 years old
* Min Diploma in Secretary
* Experience as secretary to Director
* Organize schedule appointments, meeting, and correspondences.
* Maintain Files, documents and offices equipment
* Handling visa application, travel schedule and travel documentation
* Fluency in English both written or speaking
* Good communication skill , good personality and appearance
* Understand Japanese language would be more advantage
* Excellent in Computer Skill
