Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, specially in Psychology and Human Resource Management.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta Area.
* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:
* Interviewing candidates to find out the accordance qualifications.
* To prepare Recruitment plan base on the approval Headcounts Plan.
* Conduct and evaluate psychology test for candidates.
* To prepare monthly and yearly headcounts of employee.
* Arrange pre medical check up for new employees.
* Liaise with relevant authorities in regards to employees/HR affairs.
* Support HR functions & activities such as: recruitment, placement and staffing.
* Assist the HR Team in all Human Resources matters.
