We are presently hiring for the following positions:

Sous Chef
(Banten - Overseas on CruiseShip)


Requirements:
* Works very closely with the asst food manager in order to accomplish tasks related to equipment control and maintenance,as well as USPH rule and regulations training and reinforcement.
* Work with the chef to establish work schedules for all cook.
* Must be knowledgeable about the established quality standards and company policies in order to supervise his/her staff.
* Attends meeting,training activities,courses and all other work-related activities as required.
* Min 21 years old
* Ability to speaking, writing and reading in English >7
* Experience min. 2 years for the same position
* Available to traveling around the world up to 60%
* Education SMU + experience, Food and Beverage Academy, Hotel and Tourism Academic
* Willing to work at sea (Cruise Ship) for 6 month or more
* Skill and knowledge = intermediate and up
* Knowledgeable western food
* Fine dining room experience/hotel/restaurant
* Shipboard experienced (recommended)
* Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Directs,coaches,support,supervises and evaluates (in conjunction with the executive chef/chef) the performance of all direct reports
* Each sous chef will be assigned schedule an area of the galleys by the Executive chef/chef and will be held accountable for the expected result.
