CREDIT RISK MONITORING OFFICER (CRM)

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and maintaining data process which related to credit matters such as facility limit, availability limit, collateral, group facility limit in all credit application
* Monitoring credit process that starting from covenants fulfillment, TBO documents, credit repayment, facility due date, foreign currency, etc.
* Maintaining relationship with external parties related to credit, especially for insurance companies, appraisal companies and re-evaluate the performance of those parties.
* Conduct quality assurance for Multi Finance company/BPR minimum twice a year.
* Preparing accurate and quantitative reports regarding disbursed loans on a continual and regular basis to related parties


Required Qualifications and Skills:

*
Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable university with GPA > 3.00, overseas graduate is an advantage
*
Minimum have 3 years working experience in banking or financial institution
*
Understanding of business processes and research capabilities
*
Highly motivated and posses strong analytical skills
*
Proactive, full of initiative and able to work efficiently and cooperatively within a team environment
*
Discipline and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
*
Excellent administration and personality skills
*
Outstanding PC Skills on Microsoft Office
*
Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking good English


Collections and Recovery Officer (CRO)

Required Qualifications and Skills:

*
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a reputable university with GPA > 3.00
*
Minimum five years of banking litigation or law firm experiences with a proven track record of results in debt recovery, having good background in debt recovery management, advanced knowledge of litigation management within banking institution and strong ability to represent the bank’s legal position.
*
A self starter who is ambitious and a strongly motivated team player
*
Able to work effectively as an individual and also in a team environment
*
Able to work well under tight deadline
*
Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
*
Outstanding PC skill on Microsoft Office
*
Proficient in written and spoken English
