The Asia Pacific Resources International Holdings Ltd. (“APRIL”) is one of the world’s leading pulp and paper companies. APRIL Indonesia situated on a 1,750 hectare site at Pangkalan Kerinci, near Pekanbaru in Riau Province, Sumatra. The Kraft pulp mill is the biggest single-site pulp mill in the world with a capacity of 2 million tons per year. The paper mill has one of the world's fastest fine paper machines, with a designed maximum speed of 1,500 meters per minute, with a capacity 350,000 tons per year.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Degree from reputable universities.
* Willing to be stationed at Kerinci - Riau
* Possess depth experience in managing recruitment for min. 7 years
* Have understanding in plantation, forestry or manufacturing industry
* Good command in English is a must. Ability to communicate in Mandari would be an advantafe.
* Willing to travel
Responsibilites encountered are including:
* Manage all recruitment fulfillment in line with talent management within all APRIL group in Indonesia
* Involved in all range of recruitment from Senior level to mass recruitment
* Act as company liasion representative with external parties (universities, LSM, government) in regard with recruitment matters
