Senior Mine Planning Engineer
(Kalimantan based)
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor s Degree in Mining Engineering or Geology.
• At least 5 years of working experience as mine operation.
• Familiar with mining software is preferable.
• Software Skill(s): Mines cape, Map Info, Surpac, MS Office, etc.
• Have Certified in POP ("Pengawas Operasional Pratama") is a must.
• Excellent communication in both written and spoken English.

Requirements:
• The major competencies must include:
1. Indentifying new Coal Projects.
2. Project Assessment.
3. Project Negotiation and Development.
• Experience in the coal industry; needs min 10 years.
• Based in Jakarta but with frequent and extended travel to coal locations.
• Direct report to Chief Representative.
• Self-motivated & self starter leadership role.
• Demonstrated experience in finding and assessing coal projects and success in negotiating at least one project.
• Experience in both Kalimantan and Sumatra.
• Able to identify and propose workable solutions to local issues.
• Has a network of professional contacts throughout Indonesia in the areas of mining, contracting, legal, financial, geological, logistical, etc.
• Knowledge of Indonesian mining and environmental laws and Indonesian mining concession regulations.
• Degree either in engineering or geology and preferably some financial training.
• Financially / commercially aware/astute.

• Familiarity with Maintenance Planning Software packages.
• Advanced interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
• A successful track record in the development of apprentices and subordinates.
• Dealership experience would be highly considered.
