1. Secretary Project
(Jakarta Raya)
Requirements:
* Female, D3 in Secretary
* Single, age max. 25 years old
* Minimum 1 year experienced as a Secretary
* Prepare/updating document for Health & Safety Environment meeting, hse training schedule, hse policy
* Capable to manage in/outgoing letters, files, filling document, able to perform multitask.
* Smart, highly self motivated, good initiative, able to work independently & a team, good communication skill, hard worker and wiling to work overtime.
* Be able to communicate in English both oral and written
* Have knowledge in ISO 9001:2000 implementation
* Able to handle administrative works
* Having self confidence and good personality
* Excellent in Computer skills : Ms Office, Internet tools, E-mail
* Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
2. QA / QC Manager
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta Barat)
Requirements:
* Male/Female
* Age between 25-35 years old
* Hold Bachelor (S1) degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
* Having experience min 6 years in Industrial / Oil & Gas Project
* Having extensive experience in adopting procedures
* Fluently in spoken and written of English
* Dynamic, proactive and cooperative
* Computer literacy: Ms Office (Word, Excel, etc)
* Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
