General Requirement:

D3/S1 Computer Science from reputable university.
*
At least 4 years experiences in similar positions.
*
Willing to work odd hours.
*
Strong commitment to quality customer service.
*
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
*
Excellent spoken and written English.
Technical Requirement:
*
Must have experience as Solaris / Unix Administrator.
*
Must have experience in maintenance and troubleshooting Sun servers. Additional experience in Windows based servers is big plus.
*
Must have experience in Oracle SQL.
*
Extensive experience in network, security & server infrastructure.
*
Experience implementing and managing disaster recovery procedures.
*
Ability in web application development is a plus.

Provide First Level Support to customer.
*
Ensure all infrastructures, equipment, and applications are working properly.
*
Provide Data Search & Analysis for management and customer.
