WeBecome is an executive search and professional services company, with offices in 6 countries worldwide. We have been retained by our client to hire a “Sr. Analyst, Business Systems” for a fulltime position to be based in Singapore.

SAP Functional Analyst -Organizational Management (Sr. Analyst, Business Systems)


Candidate Profile:
2 - 3 years experience in the design and configuration of SAP Organizational Management to include but not be limited to the following:
Creation of custom relationships
Creation of custom evaluation paths
Creation of matrix organizations using custom relationships
Creation of custom objects
Organizational design oversight and input
Integration with workflow both as standard structural integration workflow and custom workflow agent definition
2 - 3 years experience implementing ESS/MSS
1 - 2 years experience with integration to BW
2 - 3 years experience with the use of standard integration as well as the design and implementation of custom integration points
2 - 3 years experience with the design and implementation of user exits
2 - 3 years experience with the design and implementation of mass change processes
2 - 3 years experience with the design and implementation of interfaces
2 - 3 years experience with the design and implementation of custom reports both out of SAP and the BW solution of SAP
A minimum of 1 full SAP lifecycle implementations
1 - 3 implementations including ESS/MSS and PCR (personnel change request) management
Experience working on global implementations
Experienced in using ASAP Methodology
Extensive experience with use case scenario documentation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in the design and implementation of workflow
Extensive experience in compliance reporting for more than 1 country
Multiple country and jurisdictional implementation experience (minimum of 5 countries) preferred
Proficient in spoken and written English & Mandarin required.

Dimension & Scope:
Reports to the Technical Manager - HR Services. This individual will design, document, configure, unit test and deliver on the solution design for the Organizational Management module of the SAP solution. This person does not have staff management responsibilities.

Design, document, configure, unit test, and deliver on the solution design for the Organizational Management module of the SAP solution.
