Our client is provides an advanced mobile messaging, location and other services to telecom operators, businesses and end-user consumers around the world. They operates its own telecom systems and infrastructure, including a network of SMSCs installed in telecom operators and distributed globally.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
Good signaling CCS#7 knowledge; Java, C/C++ programming skills, SQL, messaging software and or Oracle, SMPP
Ability to analyze operational requirements and assess telecommunications technology and capacity requirements
Ability to implement test, troubleshoot and maintain telecommunications software
Ability to provide telecommunications systems training
Knowledge of scientific research principles practices and protocols
Ability to design, organizes, and coordinates scientific and or engineering research projects
Knowledge of current technological developments/trends in area of expertise
This management position is responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of the Engineering division. In addition to supervisory the day-to-day R&D, develops and maintenance the Company telecommunications system also manages of Engineer.
Minimum Job Requirements:
S1 degree in Telecommunications or IT related fields with 5 – 7 years experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities or in cellular telecom background
