1. Asset Liability Management Support Manager (ALMS)
Requirements:
Minimum S-1 degree, preferable majoring in Finance
3 years experience, preferable in the finance area, banking Industry background will be an advantage
Enthusiastic person and posses good personal skills
Has an extensive experience in preparing product program for Liabilities and SMEC business which is a value-add for the job description
Has 4 years of experience as Product Development Officer in which it has allow the candidate to possess good people skills, pro-active and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
Excellent in Excel and Power Point application
Team player and able to work under pressure
Eager to learn and like challenges
Responsibilities:
Review and recommend changes to the bank’s balance sheet structure and resource allocation to improve profitability, productivity and efficiency
Review transfer pricing policy of the bank
Review the bank’s capital management and risks associated with the bank, i.e. interest rate risk, liquidity risk, currency risk, etc.
Responsible for Business cases financial review and product policy review
Analyze and review financial performance periodically
2. SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER (SPM)
Requirement :
University graduate or post graduate diploma in computer science or engineering or information technology or equivalent,
More than 10 years experience in IT in similar capacity with a large commercial bank,
Strong domain knowledge in key banking applications and process inter-alia,
Candidates with similar experience in a software vendor environment in designing, implementing and supporting such applications with good banking experience can also be considered
Certification in project Management or strong track record in software development life cycle
Responsibilities :
Work with business users, software vendors, engineers, other business managers, auditors and Operations teams to develop, maintain and support a portfolio of innovative solutions/software in parallel that meet market needs with respect to functionality, performance, scalability, reliability, realistic implementation schedules, cost, quality and adherence to development goals and principles. View as a senior technical resource within the Technology Office,
Working with key decision makers and stakeholders on aligning business needs with the bank’s overall IT strategy while providing leadership in overall end to end project management support and operational maintenance. Provide issue escalation and expectation of middle management to senior product sponsor and top management. Interact regularly with Senior Management to communicate status on milestones and impacts of technical hurdles,
Participate in the development of or prepare detailed technical design documents, and active participation in design reviews including application flow, data models and architecture, Working with key architects, domain experts and other managers to establish and enforce best practices and methodologies for delivery of high quality software.
Work with QA and Release teams to manage delivery from cradle to grave.
Manage capacity planning, Recovery, change management and other aspects of production environment.
Proactively identify and resolve resource conflicts.
Identify project risks and make recommendations to reduce impact and to ensure balanced deliverables and requirements are achieved. Establish and enforce best practice and policies for software delivery.
Lead, develop, guide and retain a team of competent technical analyst and programmers.
Maintain and manage New System and capable on Project Management
