Responsibilities:
Recruit, train and develop new agents
Manage and motivate agency and Head Office through Marketing Support
Responsible for explaining Company's Regulations to agency
Follow all Branch Manager's instruction and subject to Branch Manager's control
Prepare marketing plan and activity for his/her team subject to Branch Manager's approval
Analyze problem in his or her team including market or competitor analysis
