Job Title: MALOKO QUARRY SUPERINTENDENT
Directorate: Aggregates Operation
Location: Maloko, Kab Bogor
Requirements:
- Education: University graduate majoring in Mining Engineering
- Experiences:
5 years experiences in Mining industry or quarry for Bachelor degree
8 years experiences in Mining industry or quarry for Diploma
- Computer Literate: MS Office (Excel, Word and Power Point)
- Language: Good command of English, both oral & written
- Other qualifications:
Having licence in Technical Mine Manager certificate is preferably
Strong interpersonal and communication skill
Good in Mining and Plant Process knowledge
Ability to plan, design and execute all quarry process
Good in analytical & problem solving skills, especially in technical, safety and environmental aspects as well as costs and benefit for all activities in quarry
Extensive knowledge of Law related to Mines, Safety and Environmental, precedent and Practice
Scope of works:
The incumbent will be responsible to plan, organize, supervise and evaluate as well as improving all activities in Maloko Quarry such as Production, Quality, Maintenance, Sales & Delivery, Administration, Safety & Environment, Community & Government Relationship to achieve budgeted profitability in a safe and efficient manner.
