1. Citifinancial Branch Manager & Loan Center Manager
(Penempatan di Palembang, Makasar, Jakarta, Kerawang, Tasikmalaya, Yogya, Solo, Surabaya and Bali)


Position Summary

To drive sales in the area by planning sales and promotional activities jointly with channel partners, monitoring sales growth periodically and taking correction action. And ensure that all compliance/control requirements of the organization are met in the context of customer transactions.

Job Scope

Plan and execute service strategies, capacity planning and sales management process to achieve sales target, service standards and profitability growth
Responsible to manage and maintain the Relationship Managers and Sales Team
Ensure all branches/Loan Center operations, service and compliances are maintained at a high level of performance standard
Establish robust distribution channels and partnership expansion, including taking micromarketing initiatives in the neighborhood to attract Walk-In & referral prospects
Establish and maintain long term relationship with customers by providing the best service and most optimal product recommendation to customers that best meet their needs, including taking the retention program initiatives (such as anti-attrition and Top-Up program)
Responsible to manage and maintain the non starter collections number of delinquent accounts
Directed by branch mandate, policies, practices, procedures, and management systems; has authority to act in areas of accountability


Skills / Abilities Required

At least 4 – 6 years experience in Relationship Management function
Good knowledge of customer segment in relation to the Consumer Finance product
Good sales management knowledge
Good interpersonal relationship skills
Good analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
Able to coach and develop team members, and lead by example
Able to work under pressure
Able to strategize for the long-term growth of the Branch/Loan Center

2. Citifinancial Relationship Manager
(Penempatan di Palembang, Makasar, Jakarta, Kerawang, Tasikmalaya, Yogya, Solo, Surabaya and Bali)


Position Summary

As Individual contributor in driving sales in the area through joint sales and promotional activities with the channel partners, but not limited to coaching the channel sales team, monitoring sales growth periodically and taking necessary corrective actions.

Job Scope

Manage in timely and efficient execution of sales plan and promotional activities jointly with channel partners to grow sales in the area
Ensure accuracy and completeness of all loan documentation and process for ease of approval and minimize critical defects
Liaise with all parties to recommend loan applications and ensure closure of the credit process to ensure timely approval (manage the acceptable TAT)
Assist in preparation of routine reports focused on sales performance and customer’ spending including their preferences
Shared responsibilities to keep the sales team morale at motivated level and coach for better targeting an better documentation quality

Skills / Abilities Required:
At least 1 – 2 years experience of relevant experience.
Working knowledge of sales channels
Team player and highly efficient
Result oriented with proven sales performance
Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with tight timeliness
Possesses some analytical and problem solving skills, which can be further enhanced
Driven, dynamic, proactive and maintains positive outlook at all times
Ability to interact and work with people from all levels
