PT Mobile-8 Telecom Tbk, is one of the largest telecommunication companies in Indonesia, a public listed company, and the only operator holds two nation-wide licenses for cellular and FWA product. Fren, our cellular product, is now in entire Java island, Madura, Bali, North Sumatra, South Sumatra, South Kalimantan, South and North Sulawesi, while Hepi, our FWA product could be enjoyed in Jakarta, Bandung, Semarang, Surabaya and Banjarmasin. As part of our commitment to widen the operational coverage and enhance services around Indonesia, we are now looking for self driven and dynamic professional to join our team as:

1. DATA SERVICE MANAGER

Your main responsibility is to formulating strategy and developing sales for our data service, through corporate, retails as well as channels.

In details, you will be taking care of:

Planning and executing sales strategy for the data service in the assigned territory or industry,
Developing the sales forecast for each of the channels, and its regular reporting system,
Working and coordinate internally with the related divisions in the executions or in order to improve the sales performance of the data service,
Managing team through coaching, counseling, control & monitoring team performance
Developing sales force and creating success planning
If you are seeking for new challenge and:

Hold a minimum of a University Degree in related major,
Have a minimum of 5 years of working experience, with previous background in data service sales/ ISP/Telecommunication company,
Posses both strategic-thinking quality as well as hands-on nature, sound interpersonal and communication skill (including negotiation skill), high adaptable trait and out-of-the box thinking attitude,


2. Regulatory Staff (RS)

Job Summary:
Responsible for all regulation activities related to government institutions, other operator companies & internal company.

Requirements:
Female
Holding minimum S1 Degree from any majoring
Having minimum 2 years experiences in the same field
Preferably from telecommunication or consumer goods background
Common trait will be strong interpersonal skill, strong in persuasive communication, good looking, easy to build positive relation to other, persistent, wide networking, and hard worker
Proficient Bahasa and English
