Nurses :
Nursing license in Indonesia & two years of working experience
Caregivers :
Graduates certificate from University or complete certification of higher education facility
Accredited by Indonesian government as Caregiver after 6 months of caregiver training or complete certification of nursing school or diploma in Nursing
Nurse and Caregiver common requirement :
Japanese: Level 3 of JLPT
English: Daily conversation level
