Our client is an international provider of banking and insurance services to personal, business and institutional customers. They are seeking to recruit for a Credit Administration Officer to be part of their team.

Credit Administration Officer
(Singapore)

Requirements:
- At least a Diploma in a related field
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Good communication skills
- Meticulous, good with numbers and have an eye for details


Responsibilities:
You will serve as a point of check for security documents of loan facilities and earnings / retention accounts maintained with the bank and perform administration of foreign exchange deals / interest rate swaps executed in connection with loan facilities.

In this role, you are required to monitor and control new drawdown and rollover of loans, as well as the placement and rollover of deposits not linked to loan facilities. You will need to follow up on scheduled partial principal repayments and calculate fees due from clients and Facility Agent.

Another facet of your role will be to liaise with various internal and external parties such as participating banks, Head Office, external insurance companies in the area of loan related queries and verification of content of insurance policies. You will assist in handling general queries from banks and clients.

You will need to provide management / Head Office with management reports and quarterly reports and prepare yearly reports for the Accounts Department for Tax purpose.
