Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
Computer Literate
Having good knowledge in training plan and development, HR system and procedure, compensation & benefit procedure, job analysis and Competency Model
Fluent in English both oral and written
Min S1 psychology / Management
Min 3 years experience in the same field
Male, max 32 years old will be preferable
