Requirements:
Male or Female max 30 years old, good physical appearance, weel-groomed
Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical), Economics, Psychology, Education/Teaching/Training or equivalent.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Must have an ability to assess development needs, develop lesson plans and develop learning objectives.
Strong interpersonal presentation, deliver and group process skills are required
Fluent in English & computer literate
Number of vacancies : 4
Responsibilities:
Plan, implement and conduct a wide range of training programs with emphasis on new-hire training, evaluate trainee's performance and accurately identifying weaknesses.
Demonstrate platform skills including professional demeanor, classroom facilitation techniques, and encouragement of open dialogue.
Monitor and observe various work functions to determine post training development needs. Provides team-specific training on an as needed basis
