Scope of works:
The incumbent will be responsible to implement and the plans and practices of Occupational Health and Safety of Hocim Indonesia that are aligned with Holcim global OH&S standards and Indonesia Country legislative requirements to create a workplace which is free from recognize hazard that are causing (or likely to cause) death or any serious physical harm to employee or contractors, as well as he minimizing of cost associated with workplace deaths, injuries, and illness. This position also has to arrange, implement and monitor environmental aesthetic factor and environmental performance, and to report the result of environmental aesthetic factor and performance measurement and monitoring o stakeholders.

- Education: University degree in HSE or related fields from a reputable university
- Experiences: Min. 5 - 8 years senior level experience in a Health, Safety and Environmental Management context with an extensive and successful occupational health and safety background in manufacturing, Oil and Gas or mining Industries.
- Computer Literate: MS Office (Excel, Word), SAP, Lotus Notes
- Language: Good command of English, both oral & written
- Other qualifications:

Certify from GOI Occupational Health and Safety Expert – Ahli K3
Certify in OHS and Environmental knowledge
Good interpersonal and communication skill
Good in Leadership and negotiation skill
Good in analytical & problem solving skills
Knowledge in Cement Manufacturing process

Location: Jakarta

Scope of works:
The incumbent will be responsible to achieve profitability in PT. Holcim Beton – RMX Operation through delivering of new high class production facilities which meet current and future needs to productions team based on technical aspect. This also achieves by reviewing all the design aspect and vendor for “operational” suitability and attractiveness as well as upholding the highest standards of HSE in every aspects.

- Education: University degree Majoring in Mechanical/Civil Engineering from reputable university
- Experiences: Min. 3-5 years experiences related in concrete (or like) industry, heavy equipment and construction
- Computer Literate: MS Office, Lotus Notes, AutoCAD
- Language: Good command of English, both oral & written
- Other qualifications:

Good knowledge in mechanical/civil engineering – from the stage of plant design, construction, trial and commissioning
Good understanding of AutoCAD program
Good in managing the team work, dead lines and work load
Good interpersonal and communication skill
Good in analytical and problem solving skills
Good leadership skills with the ability to interact with all levels
