We are a fast growing cellular telecommunication company is seeking qualified candidates to assume position of:
REVENUE ASSURANCE STAFF
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in all majors from reputable university, preferably from Telecommunication/Computer/IT background
Fresh graduate or less than 2 years working experience in telecommunication industry, preferably in billing, interconnection and revenue assurance area
Having good knowledge in IN, billing machine, revenue assurance
High literacy in computer knowledge especially database, e.g.: Microsoft Access, ACL, SQL
Key attributes for the position are good integrity, flexible, communicative, good social relation, creative, independent, and self motivated
Willing to work in very tight deadline, week until midnight or during holiday
Excellent in English both oral & written is a must
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
Control, monitor and maximize revenue pipes by implementing Revenue Assurance activity
Develop reconciliation for implementing Revenue Assurance activity
Ensure accuracy of existing tariff by verification CDR and test call
Check, reconcile and ensure completeness & accuracy of postpaid billing cycle on every cycle
Analyze, assist and calculate revenue productivity for every new product will be launched by the company
Provide and assist data for performance and trend analysis of all existing product and report every month
