Arnott’s Indonesia, a multinational biscuit company which is one of Indonesia’s quality biscuit market leaders, manufacturing and selling famous biscuit brands like Tim Tam, Nyam Nyam, Stikko and Good Time Biscuits among others. We invite qualified professionals to join us for the following position:


ASST PLANT MAINTENANCE MANAGER


Job qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor degree in Electro - majoring in Electric/Control System or Mechanical degree with mechatronic knowledge

Minimum 3 years experience in similar position in manufacturing.

Good knowledge of Electrical control system

Able to program PLC or design (Siemens or Allen Bradley)

Familiar with Instrumentation ie. motor drive, transmitter and other electronic instrument

Familiar with pneumatic and hydraulic system

Have knowledge of preventive maintenance system

Good practical ability in electrical & mechanical problem solving

Experience in oven and packaging machine is an advantage.

Good team player

Able to work independently.



The job scope includes:
Responsible for preventive maintenance on the plant,

Proactively develop, execute and monitor action plan relates to maintenance breakdown, cost of maintenance, downtime management, food safety, equipment lost prevention

Manage and develop engineering service team
