Our company is a subsidiary of Indomobil Group, dealing with well known European truck & equipment brands. We are curently seeking for high caliber people to fill the following position in our organization:

1.HR GA Officer
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta)

Requirements:

-Male/Female, max 25 years old
-S1 degree major-ing Law/ Economics/ Management/ Psychology
-One years working experience in the same position (Fresh graduated are welcome)
-Excellent knowledge of English (oral & written)
-Independent, good team work
-Good Communication skill,
-Computer literate (esp. MS-Office Application),


2.Parts Sales Supervisor
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta)

Requirements:

-Male/Female max 35 years old
-S1 Mechanical /Industrial Engineering
-Five years experience in sales spare parts business/ automotive/ heavy equipment/ mining / oil & gas)
-Fluent in English, Mandarin is advantage
-Computer Literate (esp. MS Office)
-Has previous leadership experience (lead a team/section before).
-Independent, with strong salesmanship and customer interface skills.


3.Finance & Accounting Officer
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta)

Requirements:

-Male/Female, max 25 years old.
-Minimum S1 degree from reputable university majoring Accounting or Finance.
-Three years working experience as a finance and accounting officer
-Computer literate : MS office (excellent in Excel Spreadsheet)
-Good command both written and spoken in English, Mandarin is a plus
-Mature, good analytical skills, high accuracy & honest
-Able to maintain performance under pressure and response to deadlines & urgent situations.

4.Secretary/ General Administration
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta)

Responsibilities:
-Organize and maintain files for departmental correspondence, records, etc., and follow up on pending matters.
-Schedule appointments and coordinate arrangements for meetings.
-Prepare regular reports, gathering and summarizing data including information updates
-Responsible for travel arrangements
-Maintain departmental office supply including stationary and name cards.

Requirements:
-Female, attractive, single, max 25 years old
Minimum having D-III Secretary/ Administration background
-One year working experience as secretary or administration (fresh graduate are welcome)
-Excellent in secretarial duties (business correspondence, filling and proficient in -Microsoft Office application)
-Excellent in English (both oral and written)
-Having good communication and interpersonal skill
