Our Requirements

Our Requirements

Possess a recognised Masters / Degree (with at least 2nd Class Upper or equivalent);
Credit in Bahasa Melayu; and
A Malaysian citizen aged 35 and below;

Executive Officer
Our Requirements

Possess a recognised Diploma with at least a 2nd Class Upper or equivalent;
Credit in Bahasa Melayu and English at SPM / MCE / SPMV Level; and
A Malaysian citizen aged 35 and below;

Personal Assistant/Administrative Assistant
Our Requirements

Possess A recognized Diploma in Secretarial Science / Office Management (with at least a 2nd Class Upper or equivalent);
Credit in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mathematics in SPM / SPMV or equivalent;
Preferably with 2 years working experience in a secretarial function;
Good command of both written and spoken English; and
A Malaysian citizen aged 35 and below

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervision of Financial Institutions
Key Responsibilities

Carry out examination/investigation works on financial institutions and to ensure these institutions operate on safe and sound basis
Constantly monitor the financial health of financial institutions

Regulation of Financial Institutions
Key Responsibilities

Carry out surveillance of the financial system
Conduct research, monitor and analyze strategic and regulatory developments and trends
Assist in formulation of regulatory and prudential policies for the financial sector
Administer various acts and its subsidiary legislation under Bank Negara jurisdiction, ensuring compliance by financial institutions with their provisions

Islamic Banking & Takaful
Key Responsibilities

Carry out developmental task of Takaful business as a key components of the Takaful industry as a viable alternative to conventional insurance
Assist in formulating and implementing policies of Islamic bank(s) and SPI banking institutions to ensure compliance with IBA, BAFIA and other BNM regulations

Economics
Key Responsibilities

Develop the macroeconomic model on Malaysia and provide support in economic modeling work for financial and non-financial-based projects
Maintain active networking with internal and external clients (within the Bank, government agencies and consultants).
Prepare economic analysis/ research papers and related information for use in forecasting and policy formulation.

Organizational Development
Key Responsibilities

Assist in work related to strategic management to ensure targets and deliverables are achieved according to plan.
Assist in undertaking effective program management
Serve as internal consultant to line departments in strategy management and organizational development to facilitate effective change management, and integration, understanding and implementation of initiatives.

Personal Assistant / Administrative Assistant
Key Responsibilities

Perform secretarial functions effectively such as handling electronic communication
Assist in organizing and preparing for meeting, discussions, briefing sessions involving internal or external parties;
Assist in liaison duties such as attending general inquiries from both external and internal parties;
Assist in the arrangement for Head of Department official visit and trips for local and abroad
Assist in the department’s daily operational and administrative activities
