Testing & Commissioning Manager

Responsibilities:
Installation Commissioning of lifts, escalators and dumbwaiters to ensure that they meet the required quality and safety standards.
Plans and schedules adjusting resources to meet demands
Carries out trouble shooting and adjustment during the commissioning of OTIS units.
Provides field technical advice.
Liaises with contract factory or the like on all technical issues.
Identifies, trains and develops all personnel under portfolio.
Ensures all relevant safety requirements are adhered to.
Implements relevant ISO procedures.
Requirements:
Possess Diploma/Degree in Engineering
Min 10 years of experience in an elevator industry
Have good adjusting skills
Possess Excellent communications, leadership & interpersonal skills
Knowledge of relevant ISO procedures
