1 Recruitment & Development Manager (RDM)
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
Responsible for implementing the company’s human resources admission program by planning, coordinating and performing recruitment and selection strategy.
Formulates and implements training policies and procedures, identifies training needs,develops training programs, and works with department head on the career path of staff.
Responsible for the entire external recruitment process, from the analysis of the need to the recruitment of the resource: definition of the need, implementation of the necessary means for the recruitment of the resource, interview, candidate Short List, participation in the final decision
Prepare annual training programs (identify and round-up needs)
Prepare the budget and look for external subsidies
Responsible for contact with external institutions
Ensure the implementation, follow-up and evaluation of all training.
Monitor future organizational changes and draw-up the action plan necessary in terms of competency development to accompany these changes
Requirements:
Education background in Degree or equivalent
Having 4-6 experience in the managerial level or in Multinationals company/FCMG
Computer literate
Able to speak and write in English fluently
2.System Administrator
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta)
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years experience as a system administrator in a corporate environment
Hold Degree required in a related field
Proficiency in English is a must, both oral and written
Familiar in FreeBSD, CentOS, redhat ES, Trustix
Familiar in Software & Programming such as Shell Scripting, Perl and PHP
Have knowledge in Apache, Java, MySQL, PostgreSQL, spamassasin, qmail, vpopmail, Bind, MyDNS, Kernel/System Tuning, SSL, RSYNC etc
Advance knowledge in horde, sqwebmail, site studio
Have knowledge of scalable backup & storage technologies such as Acronis, UltraBAC, iSCSI, SAN, G4u etc
TCP/IP knowledge, CCNA & CCNP is an advantageous
Knowledge in web hosting control panel is a must such as, Hsphere, Helm, CPanel etc
Able to work remote - Administer Linux servers clusters, Monitor the health and performance
Execute changes to live software and configurations
Diagnose and repair production servers, be part of the on-call rotation
Should have a solid working knowledge of concepts such as UNIX shell, inodes, file system permissions, pipes & redirects, system load, and process forking etc.
Able to work in night shift
3.Call Center
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta)
Requirements:
Male
Educational background: English major / Public Relations / Any
Overseas graduated preferred
Excellent understanding of the Internet and the worldwide web is preferred
Excellent communication skills
Having TOEFL min 550
Able to work under pressure
Able to working hours in NIGHT SHIFTS
Extrovert and has good communication skills
Patient and responsible person
