Responsibilities:
Our client is an expert in providing premier solutions for Safety Consultation & PLC-based controls in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical/Chemical process automation industries.
Scope
Lead project engineers in project management activities to ensure successful project establishment and timely project completion
Plan and allocate manpower and resources to ensure that projects are delivered within budget and on schedule
Lead and motivate project engineers to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction
Manage and coordinate with team and customer to analyze and identify specification and engineering requirements of projects
Control and monitor cost and progress of all projects and report to MD on a monthly basis
Enforce ISO9001 and EMIS operational process flows in the implementation of all projects
Assist MD in business development activities where required
Requirements:
Minimum 8 years relevant experience with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity
Minimum 5 years project management experience in a similar industry
Well trained in project & people management
Strong leadership, negotiation & interpersonal skills
Result oriented, independent, self-motivated with initiative & drive
Excellent communication & writing skills
Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Control & Instrumentation
Travel on short notice
