Job Description & Duties 1) Senior Human Resource Executive @ Bishan ($2500 - $3500)
A leading developer and integrator of automation systems company.

Requirements:
A recognized degree or diploma in Business Administration or Human Resources or equivalent with 3 years HR related experience in similar capacity, especially in payroll and reporting.
Experience in Accpac payroll system is preferred.
A responsible team player with a strong sense of commitment to meeting due dates.
Good knowledge of local payroll statutory requirements, income tax and CPF.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications , especially Microsoft Excel.
High level of numerical skill with good accuracy.
Ability to start within short notice is advantageous.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for the timely and accurate monthly payroll processing, payout and payroll journals, all payroll-related matters and headcount reconciliation. This includes timely income tax submission.
Responsible for the timely preparation of monthly headcount reporting and HR reporting as directed.
Involved in budgeting exercise, updating the necessary reports and liaise with other HR practitioners to collate budget data as a team and ensure timely and accurate budget update.
Administer appropriate human resources policies/procedures and initiatives, ensuring the organizational practices are in compliance with the respective country's regulations and provisions. Ensure the HR policies and programs are well administered and understood, drive to objectives as directed.
Implement human resources programs in the areas of recruitment, benefits, expatriates, training and appraisal administration, insurance claims, maintenance of employee records as directed.
Administer the HR annual cycle activities such as remuneration review, performance bonuses, etc.. Administer annual appraisals, salary reviews, variable bonus exercise and salary surveys.
Responsible for recruitment processes, work pass matters and new hire orientation.
Work through the Admin Assistant to administer, maintain a up-to-date training records and HR related database.

Diploma or Degree Holder in Human Resource Management or Business Administration discipline
Minimum 5 years relevant experience in managing the full spectrum of HR functions.
