Responsible to plan, arrange, implement, and control all activities related to car production, such as Painting, Welding, and overall Production. Maintain good teamwork in order to determine and control production plan.
5. Production Preparation Control & Logistic
Responsible to plan, arrange, implement, and control all activities related to car production, especially the demand & supply in Logistic department of each Plant. Maintain good teamwork in order to determine and control production plan.
6. Part & Supply Control
Responsible to plan, arrange, implement, and control all activities related to part order & supply. Maintain good teamwork to all related section.
7. Service
Responsible to plan, arrange, implement, and control all activities related to ‘after sales service’ activities. Maintain good teamwork to service station, workshop, & all related section.
8. Quality
Responsible to make sure that all process of checking & controlling of product quality is well operated to lessen defect per unit (DPU).
9. Product Development
Responsible to generate car design & its minor changes. Maintain good teamwork to all related section.
Qualifications
Undergraduate Degree (S1) of Accounting, Economics (1), Industrial Eng. (2), Mechanical Eng., Industrial Eng., Electric Eng., Chemical Eng. (3,4,5,6,7,8), Product Design (9).
Minimum GPA 2,9 (scale of 4) & show evidence of good level in English (oral & written).
Ready to be placed in plant / factory in Jakarta and Karawang & demonstrate a good & comprehensive knowledge & skill mastering.
Exhibit good leadership & communication and show excellent analytical thinking process.
