Our client, one of the biggest cement factory in UEA, is currently expanding its factory and need professionals to be placed in UEA to operate those production line. They are seeking for highly qualified candidates to fill the position of:
Mechanical (Technician)
(Jakarta Raya - United Emirates Arab (UEA))
equirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
* Required language(s): Arabic, English
* At least 6 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent. Job role in Machinery Maintenance or Building/Facilities Maintenance.
* Contract based positions available.
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for carrying out maintenance of all mechanical machinery allocated to him with good quality and respecting the time schedule
* Responsible for carrying out, on time, all the scheduled inspections / maintenance of allotted job, in consultation with his superiors
* Should take responsibility for self and co workers to strictly adhere to the policies, procedures and instructions set for the organisation
* Responsible for constantly up-dating his superior on work progress and result of defects observed, inspection carried out pertaining to his field of operation and should be in a position to locate and organise spares in the absence of the superior.
* Should be able to inspect all spares while being received from the supplier, into our stores, during the absence of the Foremen.
* Has to ensure the safety procedures laid down by the organisation (ensuring the safety of self and colleagues all the time within the factory premises) and is responsible for housekeeping of areas related to his field of operation.
* Ability to identify defects and troubleshoot during scheduled inspection and running inspection of equipments.
* Ability to read and understand all mechanical drawings.
* Identify and locate spares and tools and tackles and also to organise them during the absence of foremen.
* Basic computer literacy
* Ability to listen and understand instructions.
* Good team work spirit

At least 1 year working experience in manufacturing industries
Good knowledge in conducting laboratory testing and color matching
Good knowledge in appropriate safety procedures
Willing to work in shift.
