Commercial Trainee Program 2013
(CODE: CT13)

Responsibilities:
Objective :
Commercial Trainee Program is a 18 months apprentice program that compiled a comprehensive method to prepare young potential candidates to be future leaders

About the Program :
In this comprehensive 3-semester program, you will be taught and shaped as a leader, equipped with skill and knowledge in commercial function through both in-class and on-the-job training modules. Also we will nurture you with norms and values of our organization
To ensure the optimum result, Mentors will assist you during the program, hence at the end of the program you will be ready to take challenge as our middle managerial level supervising a work unit

Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor degree in any major from reputable University with minimum GPA of 2.80 (out of 4.00)
Working experience maximum 1 year and fresh graduated are encouraged to apply
Self motivated, having excellent communication skill, coordination and negotiation skills, also leadership skills
Able to work as a team
Posses good English (verbal and written), computer literate, and able to speak mandarin is a preferred
Willing to be based in any region throughout Indonesia
Can ride a motorcycle and having Sim C are an advantage


Assistant Manager – Advertising and Promotion (Code : AMAP)

Responsibilities:
Develop and organize the implementation of education and promotion programs throughout above and below the line, also coordinate the advertising agency to improve brand equity

Detail Responsibilities:
Propose marketing strategies based on organization goal setting that focus on customer needs
Develop marketing strategy and plans to market development programs, promotion/communication program also product development
Ensure all plans in market development programs, promotion/communication program also product development are on track
Evaluate all the programs due to marketing strategy and plans
Prepare monitoring report and budget realization
Manage sub-ordinates as a team

Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor degree in marketing from reputable University with minimum GPA of 3.00 (out of 4.00)
Minimum 3 years experience in sales and marketing preferably in food industries
Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Office especially Word, Excel, and Power Point
Proficiency of English in both oral and written
High integrity, self motivated, excellent communication & negotiation skill, strong coordination capability
