Operation Control Officer
Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

* Reconcile accounts with high risk and medium risk priority
* Investigate any outstanding items on reconciliation results
* Investigate customer claims related to ATM reconciliations and Bill Payment
* Maintain customer claim outstanding items and ensure the settlement has been done properly
* Provide reconciliation and monitoring reports

Requirements:

* Minimum Bachelor Degree Majoring in Accounting, Banking or Finance from reputable University with minimum GPA 3.00
* Minimum 1 year in banking operation experience, especially in Operation Control
* Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
* Having good knowledge of banking reconciliation, especially in ATM reconciliation
* Proactive, full of initiative, highly integrity, risk focus and attention to details
* Having good communication and interpersonal skill
* Having experience in organization that requires team work
* PC literate and Proficiency in written and spoken English
