Accounting Manager (based in Batam)
Riau - Batam
Requirements:
* Bachelor degree in Accounting from a reputable university.
* Possesses more than 5 years of hands-on experiences in managing Accounting/ Finance function in a multi-national manufacturing environment.
* Good understanding of Indonesian Tax laws.
* Hands-on in handling tax reporting.
* Experiences as a public accountant will be advantageous.
* Highly analytical with a keen eye for detail.
* Demonstrated leadership skills, passion for people development, good team player.
* Familiar with SAP system
* Good understanding of PSAK (BasicPrinciple of Finance and Accounting Standard)
* Good command of spoken and written English.
* Must be willing to be stationed in BATAM.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare and report financial accounts of our manufacturing factories.
* Ensure adherence with proper accounting principles and procedures.
* Ensure conformance and compliance with the company’s financial policies.
* Liaise with external auditors, banks and government authorities.
