Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional Tbk (BTPN) was established in Bandung on February 5, 1958, originally called Bank Pegawai Pensiunan Militer (BAPEMIL) with the status of business associations as entities that receive deposits and provide loans to its members. Now We are looking for professional candidates experienced in banking industries to fill the position:

RA (Relationship Anchor)
Responsibility

* Maintains a portfolio by doing a cash pickup
* Maintaining good relations with customers

Qualification

* Being able to establish communication and easy to get along
* Experience is preferred
* Strongly oriented toward the target & love the field work

BM (Branch Manager)
Responsibilities:

* Leading a work unit consisting of 11-15 staff
* Build a healthy organization
* Ensuring Operational branch runs smoothly and in accordance with the procedures and policies
* Conduct a study of credit and make credit decisions in accordance with the authority
* Building a healthy business portfolio

Qualification
Preferred experience in same position for 2 years, a good track record / 3 years as a relationship officer / credit officer / marketing officer in micro banking / financial institutions

CO (Credit Officer)
Responsibilities:

* Maintaining discipline process and credit qualifications branch
* Provide recommendations to the Branch Manager of Credit
* Conduct field verification and conduct a review of credit applications in accordance with applicable policies and procedures

Qualifications:
D3 minimum education GPA min 2.75, 1-2 years working experience in the field of credit / banking operations

RO (Relationship Officer)
Responsibility

* Looking for nautical and manage client portfolios
* Maintaining good relations with customers

Qualification

* Being able to establish communication and easy to get along
* Experience is preferred
* Strongly oriented toward the target & love the field work

OO (Operations Officer)
Responsibilities:

* Managing credit disbursement to accurately and timely
* Maintain the smooth and compliance processes and operations at the branch or branches outside

Qualification
Preferably have experience as a teller for 3 years

General Qualifications:

* Education min D3 with GPA min 2.75 (RO, RA, OO)
* Maximum age 28 years (RO & RA)
* Education min S1, GPA min 2.75 (BM & CO)
* Maximum age 30 years (BM, O & CO)
* Has high integrity
* Master the language and local culture
* Mastering Ms Office, Excel and Word

City Placements:
Solo, Sragen, Boyolali, Wonogiri, Karanganyar, Klaten, Yogyakarta, Magelang, Kebumen, Purwokerto and Cilacap.
