Requirements:
* Master Degree (S2) or Bachelor Degree (S1) from reputable university major in Psychology with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00
* Preferably has 1 year experience as a HR staff (fresh graduate are welcome to apply)
* Age maximum 25 years old
* Fluent in English (both oral and written).
* Familiar with psychological diagnostic tools and has good computer skill
* Can work accurately, dependable, and has initiative
* Fast learner, hard working, can work under pressure, available work overtime.
* Has good interpersonal relationship, communication skill, & able to work as team.
Responsibilities:
* To handle recruitment & selection activities from sorting CV, contact candidates, conducting psychological test, and doing recruitment administration related tasks (invoice process, data filling, etc)
* To update organization structure
* To support HR project activities
