Quality Assurance Manager
Requirements:
* At least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent from reputable university.
* At least 5 years of working experience in the related field.
* Knowledge of IT quality management and project management.
* Fluent in English, both oral and written.
Responsibilities:
* Plans, organizes, directs, and controls quality assurance programs and activities.
* Analyzes, modifies and develops quality standards that comply with corporate and industry standards.
* Provides direction and assistance to other organizational units regarding quality standard and procedures.
* Supervises audit on production work process and procedures to achieve quality goals and to ensure compliance to documented processes and technical documents.
* Lead quality improvement initiatives or project.
* Ensures that corrective action plans are initiated and monitored, and that management is apprised of significant quality issues and progress.
