Requirements:
* Male, 30 - 40 years old.
* Having min 7 years experienced at same positions
* Min S1 Bachelor Degree in Electrical / Telecom engineering
* Have a competency in cellular network tech especially an BSS radio / TX (Microwave)
* Have a competency in negotiation skill (internal/external)
* Have a good interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
* Managing for O&M activities in all regions/areas (preventive/corrective).
* Managing for sparepart management system / vendor management.
* Managing for field performance as per SIA
