General Qualifications:
* Precedence Male with maximum age 28 years
* Minimal S1 with minimum GPA of 3.00 [preferably from leading universities in Indonesia]
* Strong conceptual analysis and good
* Having good leadership potential
* Has interpersonal skills and good communication
* Used to use microsoft office programs
* Have the ability to learn and high standards of performance
* Preferably should have English language skills
* Willing to follow the selection process in Semarang
* Willing to be placed throughout Dealer Nasmoco [Jateng & DIY]

Special Qualifications:
1. Sales & Marketing Management Trainee
* Minimum graduated from S1 all the majors
* Have an interest in the field of sales and marketing
* Have experience in the field of sales and marketing is a plus
2. Management Trainee Service
* Minimal S1 graduated from Department of Mechanical Engineering / Industrial / Electro
* Have an interest in the workshop and spare parts management
* Have experience in related field a plus
3. Management Trainee Administration
* Minimum S1 graduate majoring in Accounting
* Have an interest in public administration and accounting
* Have experience in related field a plus
