Requirements:
* Minimum 1 years experience in Service desk environment
* Good knowledge in PC, MS Office, Email, Networking & Cabling, Active Directory, and Anti Virus
* Having experience in Linux and Mac will be an advantage
* Good manner of communication to users
* Helpdesk support integrity
* Analytical problem solving skills
* Strong reporting and technical writing
Responsibilities:
* Assist Services & Support desk Supervisor in managing services support and activities
* Enable the Service Desk to deliver IT support services to users with high level service of focus on users service including technical support for desktop / helpdesk support
* To assist the Services Supervisor in all other related duties that pertains to IT Service Group
* Providing the first point of contact for services to the users
* Providing service to the agreed Service Desk charter, statement of work and SLAs
* Managing Incidents and Service Requests throughout their lifecycle
