Responsibilities:
* Caring for patients via our multi-media platforms (SMS, chat, email, online seminars, etc)
* Understand and be able to undergo a digital system
* Management of relationships with consumers and patients
* Develop a list of medical literature about medical knowledge, research, etc.
* Coordination of medical cases
Requirements:
* Candidates should have a nurse's license
* Having skill in the field of medical case coordination and customer service
* Can speak Indonesian well and correctly
* Active and speak English fluently
* Experienced at least two years in the field of nursing
* Better still, 1-4 years experience as health workers - nurses, medical support, medical assistants, clinical researchers, etc.
* Candidate should be citizen and settled in Indonesia
* Able to work well in teams, hardworking and independent, honest and assertive
* Thinking about good communication skills
* Can operate computer and internet
