PLO Engineer / Sr. PLO Engineer

Requirements:
* Ability to analyze of frequency changes
* Ability to analyze and change database parameter for new sites, and expand the quality of network to achieve KPI target SD-Drop, TCH-Drop, Blocking
* Analyze and optimize log file DT with TEMS
* Make report of KPI target achieved and send to customer to be reviewed
* LAC & SDCCH Planning
* Male / Female
* Graduated from S1/D3 in Electrical / Electronic / Telecommunication Engineering
* Min 3-5 years experience for PLO Engineer / Min 4-6 years of experience for Sr.PLO Engineer experience in NOKIA / SIEMENS / HUAWEI / ALCATEL - LUCENT System
