Job vacancy QA Manager For Telecomunication & IT Computer

Our client, the world leading BSS and OSS supplier is seeking an experience Quality Expert to join it's Indonesia's operations.

QA Manager

(Jakarta Raya)

Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

* Minimum 6 years working experience preferably in a Telecommunications environment and in software development and deployment projects.
* Minimum 2 years experience in quality management.
* Knowledge of SDLC, ETOM and ITIL.
* Proven experience in standards to document business processes and flows.
* Knowledge of process analysis, review techniques and methologies.
* Experience in testing control, measurement and management.
* Good domain knowledge in Telecommunications (Online Charging, Billing, Service Fulfillment or Service Assurance).
* Capable of strategic and tactical thinking and proposing methods, tools and procedures to meet quality requirements within given project schedule.
* Good presentation skills both written and spoken (English) combined with ability to faciliate and present technical and business information from a quality process perspective at workshops.
* Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.

Responsibilities:
* Work collaboratively with all internal stakeholders such as managers, business analyst, developers, testers and 3rd party vendor experts to ensure highest level of quality for all processes and deliverables.
* Manage and define Quality plan, quality standards, tools and templates.
* Monitor and control, ensure project execution and deliverables comply to the defined Quality standards.
* Develop and faciliate the execution of quality improvement plans.
* Lead resolution of quality issues and escalate to governance as appropriate.
* Execute quality audits (design, implementation and evaluation).
* Review and check project documentation including:
* Process maps
* Use cases
* Gap analysis
* HLS
* HLD
* Participate, faciliate and lead process changes.
* Perform any other activities, as requested by the project management to support the defination, development and implementation of solutions.
