Requirements:
Ideally, you will hold a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline, with a mandatory minimum of 3 years experience working as a teller in the financial services sector. A thorough understanding of bank procedures, policies, products and services with knowledge of computers and excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) are the other essential requirements for this post.
Responsibilities:
As Teller Head, your primary responsibility is towards your customer. You will be responsible for providing excellent service to your customers by identifying and meeting their transactional needs with a view to providing them with an easy and friendly banking experience. Additionally, you will oversee the day to day activities of bank tellers while guiding them in their interactions with customers, ensuring consistency in the quality of service offered.
